March 2010 – NGB collaborates with local channels on Digital Terrestrial Television platform.

March 2010 – Swedish firm NGB to partner with KBC to provide Digital Pay TV services in Kenya.

March 2009 – China JV, CDTV, signed the agreement with Oriental Pearl Digital Television for the province of Shanghai.

February 2009 – Next Generation Broadcasting opens office in Kampala, Uganda.

January 2009 – Next Generation Broadcasting opens office in London, United Kingdom.

November 2008 – Next Generation Broadcasting Ghana launches DTT trail transmissions in capital Accra, in collaboration with Ghana Broadcasting Company.

August 2008 - Gustav Adielsson, COO, and Andreas Sand, CFO, are employed.

June 2008 - Next Generation Broadcasting is allocated a frequency for DTT transmissions capital Accra and second city of Kumasi.

June 2008 - Next Generation Broadcasting opens office in Accra, Ghana.

May 2008 - Generation Broadcasting Uganda is awarded a license for Kampala.

May 2008 - Yvonne Oseitutu is employed as project Manager for Ghana.

April 2008 – Jonas Konstantinov joins Next Generation Broadcasting as CEO.

January 2008 - Sixth AP Fund becomes Next Generation Broadcastings majority owner.

December 2007 - Next Generation Broadcasting Ghana Ltd is established together with local partner Regency Recourses. Joe Frans becomes CEO. Kojo Fusu is chairman of the board.

December 2007 - Next Generation Broadcasting signs co-operation agreement with Ghana Broadcasting Corporation.

December 2007– Next Generation Broadcasting opens its head office in Stockholm, Sweden and Mikael Forslund the company’s CTO is employed.

January 2007 – Co-founder Ulf Wallin takes over as CEO.

January 2006 – Next Generation Broadcasting is born; Jan Danielsson becomes CEO and Jan Rudberg Chairman of the Board.
